Computer Line Associates, azienda italiana da decenni leader nel settore dello sviluppo software per la progettazione impiantistica e presente nei maggiori mercati internazionali, ricerca sviluppatori con almeno 3 anni di esperienza da inserire in un progetto avviato.
Richieste:

  • Laurea in discipline scientifiche (preferibilmente ingegneria o informatica)
  • Propensione al lavoro in team su problematiche complesse in ambiente dinamico
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

Conoscenze tecniche fondamentali:

  • Programmazione ad oggetti in C# o VB.NET (in alternativa in un altro linguaggio statico e tipizzato tipo Java, Delphi, C++)
  • Linguaggio SQL

Conoscenze tecniche importanti:

  • Lettura e stesura diagrammi E-R
  • Framework .NET
  • Database Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server o PostgreSQL

Conoscenze tecniche preferenziali:

  • Programmazione in JavaScript (in alternativa in un altro linguaggio dinamico tipo Python)
  • Esperienza di programmazione client-server per il WEB
  • Framework JavaScript di Sencha (Ext JS o Touch)
  • CSS e SASS
  • Reflection (RTTI)

Offriamo un contratto CCNL commercio a tempo indeterminato. Il livello e la retribuzione saranno commisurati alle effettive capacità ed esperienza dei candidati.

Computer Line Associates, azienda italiana da decenni leader nel settore dello sviluppo software per la progettazione impiantistica e presente nei maggiori mercati internazionali, ricerca tecnici per il supporto ai propri prodotti.

I candidati ideali dovranno avere almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel campo dell’ingegneria impiantistica/industriale.

La sede di lavoro è a Piacenza, sono previste brevi trasferte in Italia ed all’estero sempre nell’ambito del supporto e della formazione dei clienti sui propri prodotti.

Sono richiesti diploma o laurea in discipline scientifiche (preferibilmente ad indirizzo meccanico) ed una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, è di fondamentale importanza la capacità di relazionarsi con il cliente.

Requisiti fondamentali sono:

  • Conoscenza di base della progettazione impianti ed in particolare della disciplina piping e/o meccanica.
  • Conoscenza, anche di base, dei software utilizzati nella progettazione impiantistica, nella gestione materiali e nella gestione del cantiere.
  • Utilizzo dei software più comunemente utilizzati in ambito professionale.

Requisiti preferenziali sono:

  • Conoscenza, anche del funzionamento di base, dei software per la modellazione tridimensionale e del loro utilizzo nella progettazione.
  • Conoscenza, anche del funzionamento di base, di sistemi gestionali come SAP e JD Edwards e del loro utilizzo nella progettazione.

TMS – November 2018 release

TMS has reached the release No. 01.001.03.07: let us introduce you to the big improvements of this latest release.

Following the feedback received from TMS users, we have focused in particular on the Deliverables management. The import/export of Deliverables data has been maximized with new powerful features and innovative approaches to simplify and speed up the process and to eliminate some existing bottlenecks.

Import of the Workbook filled by the Sub Contractor
When importing the workbook, it is now possible to detect if the progress of a given step of a given deliverable is lower than the one previously declared; a report can be generated (and saved in Excel) showing deliverables with Current Progress by step less than the previous declared progress.

The Import form of Deliverables data has a new User Interface:

Different options are available for the Deliverables data import: with option 1, User can load an Excel file (provided, for example, by Engineering) and partially or totally recover some Deliverable Data from it.

With option 2, it is possible to get existing Deliverables by using the “Get from Work Class” command and add/delete/modify Deliverable Data.

Automatic filling-in of missing information
If the Deliverables data have missing information and this information already exists in TMS, it can be automatically retrieved by using the “Auto Fill > All Linked Properties” command. Thanks to a pull-down menu available for each specific context, data can be inserted as shown in the screenshot below.

Validation checks performed by TMS
Before actually importing a Work Class, User can perform validation checks and simulate the importing process to double-check whether there are any errors.

Messages displayed can be sorted by errors, info, warnings.
Once the simulation returns no errors, the Work Class can be imported, as per instructions below.

Puma5 release No. 02.910.06.00 – what’s new?

Actually, there are a few nice new features you will be interested in. Let’s start with the Piping Class module and with a new procedure taking place at the end of the mechanical check of internal thicknesses. Up to now, you would end the process and get a report showing which thicknesses are suitable and which are not. Starting from this release – if you choose to – at the end of the check procedure, a form will be displayed allowing User to modify the unsuitable thicknesses.

Puma5 version 2.91 patch 5 now available

The version 2.91 patch 5 (02.910.05.00) of our Puma5 software brings some big news to the Piping Class and the Mechanical Checks modules.
As usual, you will find the complete details in the What’s New document available for download from our Customer Care portal, however we give you here a glimpse of what you will find in Puma5 latest release.

Piping Class module – Piping Class form
There is a new ‘Copy’ button here and it is used to copy thickness tables among different classes belonging to the project in use (note: this can be done only among piping classes, whose associated ‘base material’ belongs to the same ‘Material subtypes (S2)’ section of the thickness dictionary).

New features for TMS

Our Technical Monitoring System has now reached the release No. 01.001.03.05, meaning new features and many improvements. We would like to recap a few of them here.
New options have been added in the “Quantity Production Chart” report: it is now possible to represent a specific time window in the Data Table; also, you can make the Chart start after an “X” number of periods following its actual beginning.

Bolts management and more in Puma5 02.910.04

A new release of our Puma5 software is now available, reaching version No. 02.910.04.

The major feature we have introduced is the new management of bolt type components. As you can read in our “What’s New” document, available for download in our Customer Care portal, the Piping Class Bolts table now offers many more options than before. For example, Puma5 will not prevent the User from inserting more than one component (bolt type) using the same object code. Components will be identified by the newly added fields: Position ID, Position and Note.

Take a look at the screenshot below:

Do you see the “Bolt changing” section? Well, here you can insert bolt components, which are used as an alternative to the selected bolt. The bolt can be replaced on the base of the diameter range of the bolt itself and this “replacement” is identified by its position.

Piping class components, diameter series and upgrade operation log

In the latest version of our Puma5 software (02.910.02.02) major enhancements have involved the piping class components form, the diameter series and the upgrade operation log.

Alternative thickness
There are now two ways to handle the generation of components having a different thickness than the piping class thickness: the first one, which is the usual way to manage it and can still be used, creates an association of the alternative thickness table with the piping class components. The new one, which is presented as the default mode, can get the value of the alternative thickness replacing the value of the piping class ‘thickness table’ (“SUBSTITUTE” option); or it can create two groups of components: one with the piping class thicknesses and the other with the alternative thicknesses (“ADD” option).
The full operation procedure is explained in the “What’s new” document available in our support website.

In the ‘alternative thickness by size’ section a new warning alerts the user in case thicknesses that do not belong to the list of thicknesses compatible with the piping class ‘base material’ are inserted.
All data of the ‘alternative thickness by size’ section of the piping class components are now displayed in the new report named “PIPING CLASS ALTERNATIVE THICKNESSES (BY SIZE)”.

A quick Puma5 update

It’s been quite a while since we last gave you an update about our Puma5 software. Hard work has been going on to improve the system; as usual, we’ve also listened to your requests and enhanced the software accordingly.

In the “Piping class component” form, for example, the ‘Copy to…’ command button has been added; this button is associated with the function that copies components from one piping class to the other. By using the ‘Check’ button, it is possible to check for the existence of the selected components in the destination piping class.

New release for ELENA Server and ELENA Web Client

ELENA has reached the release No. 01.400.01.00, bringing you something new both for the Server and the Web Client module.

We would like to focus on the new ELENA CX plugin: according to the new CADWORX version, ELENA CX plugin has been updated and made suitable with this new version.

Configuration files ar easier to compile for the user and have mappings enhancements (DataBolted, DataFemale and ValveOperators sheet).
